NEW QUALITY ASSURANCE FIELD TECHNICIAN
Trans/Air Manufacturing, Dallastown, PA USA based manufacturer of transportation climate control systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robby Campbell as Quality Assurance Field Technician. Based in Fort Valley, Georgia, Robby possesses over 12 years experience in the bus air conditioning industry.
As a member of the Trans/Air Quality Staff, his focus will be to improve the quality of installations of Trans/Air products by providing training, installation auditing and on-site technical assistance at Trans/Air installation locations through the US.

TA17C5 INSTALLATION
Trans/Air Manufacturing, Dallastown, PA USA based manufacturer of transportation climate control systems, is pleased to announce the completion of an installation of a TA17C5 climate control system, in a Blue Bird All-American demo for Bryson Sales and Service of Bountiful, UT. The TA17C5 climate control system is rated at 100,000 Btu/h and consists of TA17 rear mount evaporator, C5 skirt mounted condenser, corner ducts with tamper proof louvers and heavy duty hose with reusable fittings. The system includes a fully programmable controller, and a four cylinder C650 transit style compressor, which features a displacement of 39.7 cid (650cc). The compressor is also complimented by an OEM approved mount kit, supplemental 24 volt alternator, heavy duty clutch, liquid receiver tank and a full array of safety high and low pressure switches. Features also include a 50% unloader option, which improves dehumidification, and offers smoother operation and longer product life due to reduced clutch cycling.
