Trans/Air Manufacturing, Dallastown, PA USA based manufacturer of transportation climate control systems is pleased to announce the completion of it's New Warranty and Service Center in 1998. The facility is professionally staffed by five (5) warranty and service representatives, who are available to assist Trans/Air customers with technical and warranty related calls. Warranty and Service Manager, Chuck Merson, tracks continuous improvement and warranty claim process performance on a monthly basis, and his staff proudly claims some of the best customer service in the industry.

SUCCES II IN THOMAS TL-960
Trans/Air Manufacturing, Dallastown, PA USA based manufacturer of transportation climate control systems, is pleased to announce the completion of an installation of a Succes II rear mount unit in a Thomas TL-960 demo for Interstate Transportation of Columbia, South Carolina. The Succes II climate control system was paired with a Trans/Air C-650 transit style compressor and supplemental alternator to meet system amperage requirements. The unit was displayed at BUSCON '98 in Chicago, Illinois.

LINE OF LARGE DISPLACEMENT TRANSIT COMPRESSORS
Trans/Air Manufacturing, Dallastown, PA USA based manufacturer of transportation climate control systems, has recently introduced a line of large displacement transit type compressors. The (4) cylinder C-465 and C-650 compressors tout a displacement ranging from 28.4 CID (465cc) to 39.7 CID (650cc), and provide capacities necessary to satisfy severe duty, inner city or over-the-road applications. The compressors are complimented by OEM approved mount kits, and feature heavy-duty clutches, and a full array of safety high and low pressure switches. Features also include a 50% unloader option, which improves dehumidification, and offers smoother operation and longer product longevity due to reduced clutch cycling.
